He is survived by: his wife April Thompson; his children, Stephen Jeffrey, Madison Grace, Daniel Michael Dumlao, Joseph Gabriel and Elijah Joshua; his mother Elizabeth Ann Morgan; his stepfather Jim Morgan; his sister Christie Thompson Speed (Joshua); his half-siblings, Alissa Pate Hamilton and Kevin Pate; his stepsister Shannon Marie Murray (Harry); his sister-in-law Misty Hubbard (Julian); and his parents-in-law, Donna Bradley (Carl) and Gregory Bush. He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins.
