She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Donald Collins; her parents, Eugene Mirt Mitchell Jr. and Mildred Brakefield Mitchell; and her siblings, Eugene Mirt Mitchell III, Judy Mitchell Arnett and Barry Aven Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sons, Clay McCullohs (Anna McCullohs) and Stuart McCullohs (Staci McCullohs); her brother John Dennis Mitchell (Alice Mitchell); her mother-in-law Melba Dean Spurlock; her sister-in-law Donna Hallman (Bill Hallman); and her grandchildren, Collins McCullohs, Benjamin McCullohs, Claire McCullohs and Andrew McCullohs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
