He is survived by: his spouse Won Huie; his siblings, Berniece Lewis Morris, Janice Lewis Holt and Rodney Lee Lewis; his children, Kristina Kim Lewis and John Thomas Lewis; his daughter-in-law Paige; and his grandsons, Stone and Drover Lewis.
His journey on this earth has ended but his contributions to his country will be honored and he will be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to know him.
