He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur A. Willis and Merle Willis. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Willis; his sisters, Jane Nebl (Jack) and Rhonda Mixon (Randy); his nieces, Stacy Rainey, Ashlee Holbein (Michael) and Adrienne Mixon; and his nephew Andrew Nebl (Susan).
