He is survived by: his wife Gerlinde Belcher; and his children, Viola Best of Columbus, GA, Susanne Summerfield of Columbus, GA, Charles Belcher (Colleen) of Seale, AL, Randolph Belcher of LaGrange, GA and Jimmy Belcher, Jr. (Kathy) of Eagle River, AK.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
