John David Jackson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Jackson of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on December 29, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Claud Joseph Jackson Jr.; his sister Connie Jackson Crowe; and his son David Heath Jackson. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Spence Jackson of Columbus, Georgia; his children, John Hunter Jackson (Kelly) of Columbia, Kentucky and Hannah Jackson Smith (Luke) of Columbus, Georgia; his nephew Mathew Jackson Richardson; his great-niece Amelia; his grandchildren, Kylie, Kameron, Kennedy, Kaden Jackson of Columbia, Kentucky, Moses, Elizabeth "Elle" and David "Abram" Smith of Columbus, Georgia.; and his aunt Margaret Spence Bickerstaff (Georgia) of Columbus. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
