With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Malone of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on December 14, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anson C. Malone and Emma Jewel Malone; his son Michael; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Gennie Brooks Malone; his children, Chris Malone Black (Ed) and Alan Malone; his grandchildren, Sarah Black Hicks (Andrew), Josh Black and Magen Cleveland; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Cleveland and Olivia Hicks; and his pet Scooter.
