He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donald Wright, Sr. and Martha Ferguson Wright. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie F. Wright and Kathy W. Wilson (Don); his niece Molly W. Simmons (Cole); his nephews, Brian W. Wilson (Julie) and Jake Wright; his great-nephews, Parker Lee Pulley and Wrye Wright Wilson; and his friend Pam Reese.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McMullen Funeral Home (3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907).
