He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Biles Bross and George Rufus Bross, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Miller Bross; his brothers, George Rufus Bross, Jr. (Mary) and Walter Thomas Bross (Lyda); and his children, Georgia Bross Hall (Glen) and Joseph Charles Bross, Jr. (Jay). He is also survived by 4 nephews and 13 loving cousins.
