She was predeceased by: her mother Danese Delores Barnes Scogins; her husband David Wayne Bell; and her grandson Taylor McMichael. She is survived by: her father William R. Scogins; her children, Jennifer Martin (Leon Hudson), Casey McMichael (Tony), Josh Bell (Autumn), Matthew Bell (Laura), Misti Gilbert (Jason) and Bryan Bell (Virginia); her grandchildren, Jesseca Martin (Wayne), Shannon Wilson, Melanie McMichael of Allison McMichael, A. J, Austin Bell, Maddox Bell, Eva Bell, Katie Beckman, Joey Beckman, Ryan Gilbert (Jenne Lee), David Gilbert and Druid Bell; her great grandchildren, Maddy Martin, Charlie Martin, Ben Martin and Riley Strozier; and her brothers, Rick Scogins, Charles Scogins and Mike Scogins.
