She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stark and Marcella Meidam Stark; her husband John T. Ely; and her brothers, Peter Stark and Jim Stark.
She is survived by: her son Donald Ely (Christine) of Columbus, GA.; her grandchildren, Tesa Holloway, John Ely, Angela Stephens, Virginia Turner, Jessica Ely, Jacob Ely, Amy Spencer and Robert Ely; her niece Shelly Edwards; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Ely (Gerry) and Connie Ely.
Flowers are accepted or donations in Kathryn's memory may be made to Schomburg Road Baptist Church.
