He is survived by: his wife Rena Faye Ellis; his children, Angela Faye Strickland (Gene) and Kenneth Cadel Ellis, Jr.; his grandchildren, Amanda Faye Burkett, Jacob Alexander Ellis and John Cole Burkett; and his siblings, Frank William Ellis, Jr. (Lynelle) and Lora Ellis Pflugrad. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
