He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Wilson and Vernita McPhaul Sims. He is survived by: his wife Claretha Fox McPhaul; his children, Michael Williams (Tiheshia), Kenneth Simms McPhaul, II and Kelli Nicole McPhaul; his siblings, Anthony "Ant" Sims, Joyce Sims and Audra Allen (Page); his grandchildren, Amelia, Leyla McPhaul, Michael Williams II and Amirah Williams; his aunt Donna King; his mother-in-law Alice Fox; and his nieces, Shakela Richardson and Dominique Ford.
