He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O. Smith and Maude Scheafer Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jane Marie Vincent; his son Kenneth Wade Smith (Elizabeth); his granddaughter Kathyrn E. Smith; and his brothers, Paul Smith of Pittsburgh and Robert Smith of Baltimore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Striffler-Hamby Funeral Home. A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
