He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hagan and Gladys Meadows Hagan; his wife Edna James Hagan; and his sister Delores Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Erika H. Screws (William) of Columbus and E. Lynne Jenkins (Earnest) of Columbus, Georgia; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Jenkins, William L. Screws, Jr., Brice Screws and Ayden Jenkins; and his brothers, James Hagan (Dianne) of Albany and John Hagan (Joyce) of Warner Robins, Georgia. He is also survived by two nieces, three nephews, three grandnieces, and a host of cousins and friends.
