He is survived by: his wife Lien Hilding; his daughters, Lilly L. Hilding, Pharm D and Leslie Mitcham, MD; his son-in-law Elijah Mitcham, MD; his granddaughter Avery (Winston); and his nieces and nephews, Karen, Maria, Olivia, Paul, Jack, Richard, Raymond, Michael, Hung and Alan. He is also survived by brother-in-laws; and several great-nieces & great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Feeding the Valley to continue his philanthropic effort of feeding the world or to any organization supporting the advancement of science.
