He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker T. Cannon, Sr. and Josephine Cochran Cannon; his adoptive mother Julia Cochran; and his wife Mary Catherine Cannon. He is survived by: his children, Leroy Cannon Jr. and Marie Katherine Walton (Tommy); his siblings, Booker Thomas Cannon, Jr. and Viola Priel; his sister-in-law Bertha Ivey Douglas (Fred); Janice Cannon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
