Lillian D. Ramsey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian D. Ramsey (Columbus, Georgia), who passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Davis and Tessa Weathersby; and her husband Jack Desmond Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, Richard Desmond Ramsey and Gloria Skinner White; her grandchildren, James Ramsey, Leslie Robertson Patterson (Mike) and Amanda Patel (Mickey); and her great grandchildren, Anastasia Robertson, Charles Robertson, Madelyn Patel and Gavin Patel.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fisher Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Parkhill Cemetery (4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made to Georgia Hospice in Lillian's honor.
