She is survived by: her stepfather John Raymond Cook; her son David Duke; her siblings, Ronald Gallups and Trisha Lee Smith; her children, Lynn Green, Craig Clayton and Charlie Duke; and her siblings, Nancy Grantham (Rocky), Tyia Dawson (Ron) and Henry "Duffy" Gallups (Carol). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
