She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Louis Smith and Robbie Johnson Smith Hill. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa McCullough; her granddaughter Jamika Smith; and her niece Eugenia Hill. She is also survived by nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends.
She was a member of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, INC, the Les Anges Civic & Social Club, Nurses INC, the Pauline T. Wright Education Foundation, Medical Center Nurses Alumni Association.
