She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Holmes and Ida Holmes; her husband Ben Overby; and her sons, Jimmy and David Overby.
She is survived by: her son Charley Overby; her grandchildren, Andrew Overby (Krista), Beth Crumley (Ryan), Tammy McGrotha and Ben Overby; her great grandchildren, Kadie, Kali Overby, Rachel and Elijah Crumley; and her close friends, Lidia and Mike Grady.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, St. Elmo Room (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
