She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodie Wilson Foster and Odessa Watson Foster Franklin; her stepfather John W. Franklin; her husband Julious Basil Hutto; and her children, Jimmy Hutto, Wanda Hutto Braziel and Dennis Hutto.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Hutto Davis (Chuck) of Columbus, GA; her daughter-in-law Amy Blair Hutto of Smiths Station, AL; her granddaughters, Stephanie Davis Phillips (Bret) of Colquitt, GA, Nicole Richardson Rhinehart (Andrew) of Flower Mound, TX and Whitney Davis Tyner (Jordan) of Huntsville, AL; her great grandchildren, Fallon Bowman, Kayley Rhinenart, Ben Phillips, Jax Rhinehart, Laney Phillips, Davis Tyner and Miller Tyner; her siblings, Sandra Franklin Allen of Millen, GA and Terry Franklin (Shelia) of Senoia, GA; and her sister-in-law Pat Foster of Butler, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
