She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Denson Brooks and Mary Cue Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Sumrall and Michelle L. Sumrall; her granddaughter Aleisha Marlene Sumrall; and her sisters-in-law, Chessie Jones, Patricia Clark (James) and Dorothy Dilworth (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
