She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carson and Mildred Louise Porter Massey; her daughter Nancy Nail Housand; and her siblings, William Carson Massey, Jr., Robert W. Massey, Mildred Massey Wofford and Elizabeth "Betty" Massey Moore.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Nail Mathis (Tony) and Kelly Sue Nail; and her granddaughters, Melanie Housand Tugman and Stephanie Nicole Bass. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, a brother-in-law, and friends.
