With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Ray McAlister of Columbus, Georgia, born in Lexington, Missouri, who passed away on August 23, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John McAlister. He is survived by: his wife Robin McAlister; his children, Joshua A. McAlister and Hannah P. McAlister; his siblings, Charlie McAlister (Sue) and Teresa Peardon (Marvin); his mother-in-law Pat Allen; his sister Kit Ray (Butch); his niece Courtney Jones (Greg); and his nephew Brandon Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and one great niece.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the JBACC for the study and treatment of Colorectal Cancer, the American Cancer Society or to Columbus Hospice.
