He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Franklin Turner and Rachel Holloman Turner; his wife Rebecca Ann Turner; and his brothers, Paul Turner, Russell Turner, Harold Turner, Preston Turner, Douglas Turner and Donald Turner.

He is survived by: his children, Kim Cullefer, Jill Anderson (Jeff), Lance Turner (Gail) and Jamey Turner; his siblings, Wayne Turner, Marie Johnson and Elizabeth Bardin; his grandchildren, Kade Cullefer, Kyle Peterson (Heath), Kara Laschober (Jim), Stori Cline (Chachi), Skylar Anderson (Tiffany), Cheyenne Turner and Colton Turner; and his great grandchildren, Braiden, Cole, Cooper, Starri, Keanu, Ethan, Ella, Owen, Jaylin and Kason.
