It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Moreed Kamal of Columbus, Georgia, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hussain and Eleanor; and his brother Ali. He is survived by: his spouse Taraji; his sons, Moreed II (Nikki) and Curtis (Sierra); and his siblings, Maryam (Tommy Washington), Kameelah, Jaleelah, Hussain and Wali. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that you bring memories, laughs and love. Donations may be made in his honor to the Cleveland Sight Center.
