With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Jo Craig of Columbus, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Nancy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Nancy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Russell Monroe and Josephine Freda Meyer Monroe; and her husband Dennis Herbert Craig. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Averett (Christopher) of Columbus, GA, Debbie Heath (Mike) of Lake Orion, MI, Jan McHugh (Timothy) of Bridgewater, NH and Sandra Craig (Bryan) of Columbus, GA.; and her brother Clyde Norman Monroe (Gayle).
