He was predeceased by: his parent Grayle S. Nesbit, Jr.; and his brother Norman Nesbit. He is survived by: his mother Harriett Cosey Nesbit of Thomaston; his wife Kristi Lastinger Nesbit of Columbus; his daughters, Anna Nesbit of Milton, FL and Zoe Griffiths of Pensacola, FL.; and his godparents, Marshall and Gerri Casse of Waynesville, NC.
