He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas David Sr. and Helen Mary Haick (Ashker); his son Nicky Robert Haick; and his sister Mary Ann Haick Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Natalie Helen Jackson (Chris) and Hollie Gail Mokry (Matthew); and his siblings, James David Haick (Gail) and Patti Haick Neese (Van). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, a niece, five nephews and three great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to be made in Nick's memory to Holy Family Catholic Church.
