He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn Waller Harp; his parents, Henry K. Harp, Sr. and Lily Evans Harp; and his brother H. K. Harp, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Van Horn (Ken), Vivian Brust (Vince) and Brad Harp (Noor); his grandchildren, Hannah V. Hopkins (Anthony), Dr. Sam Van Horn, Katelynn Harp, Garrett Brust and Brenden Harp; his sister-in-law Annelle Harp; and his nephews, Henry (LeAnn) and Rhett Harp.
