He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Quarles; his children, Diane Quarles-Hartman, Danna Quarles and Leon Miller; and his siblings, James Quarles, Lois Barney (Alfred) and Deborah McKnight (Barry). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
