She was predeceased by: her parents, Colie B. Cooper and Hazel Cox Smith; her significant other Phillip J. Guyette; and her siblings, Gloria Newell and George Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Kristina Diaz (Steven) of Columbus, GA, Virginia Guyette of Columbus, GA, Jimmy Sepulvado (Patricia) of Sacramento, CA, Bruce Guyette (Christine) of Chattanooga, TN and Kevin Pittman (Tonya) of Douglasville, GA; her siblings, Betty Jackson (Kelly) of Savannah, GA and Ray Cooper (Lorna) of Sacramento, CA; and her grandchildren, Jamie Sepulvado, Allen Sepulvado, Isabella Diaz, Jacob Guyette and Ana Guyette. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
