She is survived by: her father Sgt. 1st Class Theodore R. Billings U. S. Army (ret); her siblings, Paulette, Cecelia, Ra Ra, Sheila, Tommy, Ricky, Sabrina, Louis Ray, Wanda and Karen; her son Jarod (Katie); and her grandchild Chase.
