She is survived by: her children, James William Ward, Jr. (Lyn), Mary Pat Ward King (Buford) and Elizabeth Mauney Ward Reames (Ronnie); her granddaughter Tricia Ward Cowart (Stroud); her children, Rebecca King Sale (Josh), E. Buford King, IV (Sheri), Sujette Reames Lunsford (Cliff) and Sally Bohannon (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Stroud Cowart, Winston Cowart, McClain Ward, Park Ward, Lulie King, Beau King, James Sale, Mary Hollis Sale, Miah Lunsford, Alex Lunsford, Joshua Lunsford and Baker Bohannon.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church Music Fund, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Columbus Hospice, or a charity of your choice.
