Peggy Bailey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Bailey of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peggy Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Kyser and Beckie Williams Keyser; her husband Thomas Lloyd Bailey; her son Danny Bailey; her grandchildren, Rebecca and Michael Bland; her siblings, Evelyn Jeanette Kyser, Lola Sellers, Grady McGee and Howard Kyser Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, Clyde Bailey, Bobby Bailey, Pete Sellers, William Bailey, Syble Bailey, Linda Bailey, Charlotte Bailey, Bonnie McGee and Loni Kyser.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Lawrence (Larry) of Columbus, GA; her daughter-in-law Sherrie Bailey (Flora Bailey) of Columbus, GA; and her grandchildren, Melissa McCall, Tammy Middleton (Greg), Adam Lawrence (Jill), Matthew Lawrence (Jesie) and Joshua Lawrence. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, eleven great-great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beallwood Baptist Church (4650 Veterans Pkwy, Columbus, GA 31904). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
