He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Stephens and Philip Stephens Sr.; his sister Martha Anne Clapp; and his granddaughter Sara Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Stephens; his daughters, Jennifer Gay and Rebecca Miller; and his granddaughters, Lindsey, Courtney and Brittany. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
