He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Elizabeth Ragan (Williamson). He is survived by: his father John Eugene; his sisters, Sharon Nowell, Rita Freeman and Phyllis Ragan; his children, Patrick, Dillon, John, Julia and Eric Ragan; and his sisters, Diane King (Virgil), Beverly Jones and Vicki Massey (Gene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
