With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ramon G. Perez of Columbus, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria P. Gonzalez Vega Perez and Jose Antonio Perez; his former wife Nina Perez; his girlfriend Louise Hall Hensley; and his siblings, Carmen Ana, Maria A. Perez (Carmen) and Jose Antonio.

He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Sandra Hensley and Carolyn Hensley Hargraves (Rod Hargraves); his grandchildren, Kyle Hargraves, Lauren Hargraves, Toni Dixon, Michaela Cooperider and Summer Hargraves; and his siblings, Blanca Magdalena, Aura Elba and Guillermo Jose. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
