He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Wilkinson and Sula Mae Williams Wilkinson; his siblings, Emory, Frank, Eunice, Marguerite, Vernon and Jack; and his son Elvin Montney.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bell Wiggins Wilkinson; his children, Arleta Montney Hamel (Yves), Stan Montney, Delores Windolf (Reinhard), Carlton Wilkinson (Renee) and Andy Wilkinson (Tonya); his grandchildren, Scott, Lisa, Shelby, Sabrina, Jennifer, Leslie, Laurie, Brandon, Amber, Ashby, Nicole, Carly, Megan, Trey, Andrew and Alyssa; and his brother-in-law Eddie Wiggins (Sharon). He is also survived by many great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren: nieces; nephews; other family members and many friends.
