He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Williams and Francis Passmore Williams; and his siblings, Ralph, Roosevelt, Jr., Douglas, Gladys and Mildred Williams Broxton.

He is survived by: his brothers, Wilson Williams (Juanita) of Sawyerville, AL. and Jonathan Williams of Columbus, GA; his nieces and nephews, Audrey Ford (Larry), Jasalyn Williams, Roosevelt Williams, III and Jeremy Williams; and his sister-in-law Cora Williams.
