She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Robert Kesner and Billie Bernice Winningham Kesner; and her brother Bruce Kesner. She is survived by: her husband Chris Lockard; and her children, Tiffany Curtis (Keith), Alex Stilwell, Lara Stilwell and Christopher Lockard. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, along with several other extended family.
