It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roderick Jason Coyle of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Col. Marcus Coyle; and his brother Roger Coyle. He is survived by: his significant other Theresa Hutchins; his son Alex Coyle (Caroline); his mother Myra Coyle; his siblings, Marcus W. Coyle III (Mary), Melinda, Goldman (Ken Goldman) and Patrick Z. Coyle (Winnie); his siblings' child Shannon Sandrea; his great-niece Sofia; his nephew Marcus Patrick "Markie" Coyle; his siblings' child Crawford; his great-niece Claudia; his niece Hannah Kelly; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keagan, Chloe, Marcus Coyle IV of Phillip Jacob and Goldman; his siblings' child Rhydian Coyle; his close friend Theresa; and also, Haylee of Jason Patrick and Pearson.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be contributed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital so that other families may be blessed by their children the way he has been blessed by his.
