He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Layfield, Jr. and Linda Strozier Layfield.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Progressive Funeral Home (4235 St. Mary's Road, Columbus, GA 31907). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
