She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Louise Moss; and her children, Cynthia Rachunok and David Rachunok. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Melnick and Constance Rachunok. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
