She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Meadows Belche of Nevada and Arthur Clyde Belche; her husband Charles Layton; her sons, Thomas A. and H. Neal Turnage; and her brothers, Joseph and Fred Belche.
She is survived by: her children, Antoinette "Toni" Turnage Medford, Walt, Mary Stewart of Nevada and D'arsay; her brother George R. Belche (Linda); her grandchildren, D'arsay Stewart III, Katherine Stewart Turner of Nevada, Randy, Timothy Turnage, Carina, Edmond Turnage, Sam and Georgia Turnage; her great grandchildren, Kyle Turnage, Megan Finley, Max Turnage and Jennifer Turnage; and her great great grandchildren, Kameron Finley, Jason Turnage, Dominic Finley, Gabriel Turnage and Jonas Turnage.
