With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Brown (Columbus, Georgia), who passed away on October 23, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her son Matt Simmons; her grandson Andrew Simmons; her daughter-in-law Amanda; her grandchildren-in-law, Landon and Logan; Adam Simmons (Lesley), Aden, Evan, Kalen, Melanie Powell (Clint), Darcy, Katie, Josie (Tripp Brown), Ryan Brown (Kasey), Noah, Ethan, Heather (Steven), PJ and Elayna.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Columbus Fisher Chapel (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be made to the American Cancer society.
