He was predeceased by: his mother Leola Eumma Meeks; and his daughter Jessica Nicole Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Penny Meeks; his daughter Pheonix Meeks; his sister Allie Mae Grant; and his nephew Michael Taylor. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
