She is survived by: her husband Trey; her daughter Tiffany Samples; her grandsons, Cason and Colton; her father Herbert Chase; her mother-in-law Elaine Perkins; her aunt Joyce; her uncle Ron Taylor; and her cousins, Chad and Jeremy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory (3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907).
