She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Weikert and Hazel Irene Weikert; her brothers, Norman Weikert, Tom Weikert and Tim Weikert; the father of her children Larry Cooper; and her son-in-law Tony Mercer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra C. Mercer, Tammy Taylor (Richard) and Melinda Avant (Greg); and her brothers, Jim Weikert (Mary Jane) and Jack Weikert (Lori). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
